Terms
Last updated October 13, 2026
The short version
- Your places are yours. They live in your own Wire account.
- Use Someday for your own list. Don't use it to break the law or to harm other people.
- A page you share is public to anyone with the link, and you're responsible for what's on it.
- Someday is in early access. It may change, and it can go wrong.
Who these terms are with
Someday is made by DoubleStack in New York. "We" and "Someday" mean DoubleStack. By using Someday you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use it.
What Someday is
Someday is a set of tools your AI app uses to keep a list of places for you: saving them, finding them, and remembering your notes and visits. It runs on Wire, and your list is stored in your Wire account. You reach it through an AI app such as Claude, ChatGPT or Muse.
Your account
- You need a Wire account, and you sign in to Someday with it. Wire's own terms cover that account.
- You need to be 18 or older.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. What happens through your account is your responsibility.
Your places and notes
What you save is yours. We don't claim it, read it for our own purposes, or use it to train AI. You give us permission to do only what running Someday needs: looking up where a place is when you save it, showing your list to you on savesome.day when you're signed in, and storing and showing the pages you choose to share.
Pages you share
- A shared page can be opened by anyone who has its link. Share only what you're happy for them to see.
- You're responsible for what's on a page you share, including your notes about a place.
- Don't share anything unlawful, hateful or harassing, anything that isn't yours to share, or private information about other people.
- We can remove a shared page that breaks these terms or that we're asked to remove for a good reason.
- Shared pages that nobody opens or updates are removed after a while. You can remove one at any time by asking your AI to unshare it.
If you see a shared page that shouldn't be up, write to hello@savesome.day with its link.
Using Someday fairly
- Don't try to get into anyone else's list or account.
- Don't overload Someday, scrape it, or use it to send spam.
- Don't use it to break the law.
We may limit or end access for an account that does any of these.
Things Someday relies on
Someday works with services we don't run: Wire stores your list, your AI app carries the conversation, and map and place data comes from OpenStreetMap, Geoapify and OpenFreeMap. Their terms apply to their parts. Place details can be wrong or out of date. Check opening hours and addresses before you set out.
Early access
Someday is new. Features may change or go away, and it may be unavailable at times. Your list stays in your Wire account whatever happens to Someday, and you can export it from the Someday settings.
What we promise, and what we don't
We provide Someday as it is. We don't promise it will always work, be free of mistakes, or suit a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, DoubleStack isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Someday. If we are ever found liable to you, the most we can owe in total is the greater of 100 US dollars or what you paid us for Someday in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.
Stopping
You can stop at any time: uninstall Someday from its settings, or from your Wire account. Your places stay in Wire until you delete them there. To have your Someday account data deleted, see the privacy policy. We can end or suspend access if these terms are broken.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Carrying on using Someday after that means you accept the change.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
